To celebrate World Mental Health Day we delivered yoga and mindfulness sessions with students and staff at De Montfort University in Leicester and Arcadis Consultancy in Birmingham. It's so inspiring to see institutions promoting the wellness and mental wellbeing of their staff. By enjoying yoga and mindfulness in the workplace you also support our work with schools!
