Absolute privilege to bring our Mindful Warriors yoga program to the little warriors at the Hamilton Primary School. What a lovely day! We were very impressed with your dedication and hard work :-)  Such fun + laughter! They're favourite posture "Lions Breath" always brings on giggles. We can't wait to see you again soon as the 4 week programme unfolds!
